School Week Rules. 🍁

Here are some rules I made for myself, it’s helped me loose 7lbs! They are quite drastic so I recommend you to stay safe, you can even try to customise it if needed ❤

1. Do not eat before 3pm

2. Do not eat after 8pm (this means an 19 hour fast everyday)

3. Only eat what your parents make you at lunch (usually my meals are 600 calories maximum).

4. If your parents do not make you lunch, try and make a meal around the 500-600 calorie mark.

5. Do not allow seconds

6. Drink water between bites

7. Try and eat half of the object e.g a meatball, only eat half of it.

8. Go to bed at 8-11pm, do not stay up later than that.

9. Exercise for half an hour - hour.

10. On weekends, exercise for an hour and your limit is 1000 calories.

I don’t necessarily want a 3 inch thigh gap or have my ribs protruding out of my body, but..

I want to feel like I can take my sweater or jacket off when I get hot

I want to stop having to buy jeans a couple times a year because of holes forming on my inner thighs

I want to walk around in my underwear at home and not feel self conscious, even when I’m by myself

I want to wear whatever the hell I want everyday because I know it all looks good on me

I want to feel confident wearing shorts, skirts, and bikinis again

I want to sit down and not feel like I have to suck in

I want my shirt to ride up and not care 

I want to wear a shirt in general without a tight tank top underneath to hold the fat in 

I want to feel comfortable with a guy giving me a piggy back ride

I want to fuck up against a wall without worrying about whether he can lift me

I want to take pictures from every angle and know that I will look thin every time

I want to be envied by girls and told that I am skinny and that they wish they looked like me

But all of these things feel like succes now and it’s so fucking comforting. Nothing else in my life has ever made me feel that fucked up kind of satisfaction, it’s addicting.

2. Will I regret eating this later?
3. Would I be embarrassed to post what I am about to eat on my Ana blogs?
4. Will this help me get to my goal weight or set me back?
5. Do I want a life thin and beautiful person or do I want the life of fat person with no self control?
6. Do I deserve to eat?
7. Can I resist the temptation to eat for longer?
8. Do I want to be able to wear size 0 lingerie or only be able to find clothes that fit me in the XL section.
9. Do I really want to reach my goal or do I just want talk about it and do nothing about it?
10. Am I really hungry or am I just wanting to emotionally eat like a pig?
11. Is there a healthier food around for me to eat instead of junk?

Is it just me or whenever a friend says “oh maybe I should starve or lose weight too” inside your mind your screaming “NO you CANT do that that’s MY thing” like that’s how fucked up i am
